Upon approval, funds are disbursed. Grantees provide regular reports on project milestones and impact.

Who Can Apply

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, or have a fiscal sponsor with this status. Projects must be physically located within the Madeira Ranch district or directly serve its residents.

Initiatives should demonstrate clear public benefit, align with our focus areas of community development and civic infrastructure, and foster long-term neighborhood vitality.
